January: Introduction to Tai Chi
Join us for this rescheduled Mindfulness Mondays to slow down and focus on self-care. You will get to learn ways to take care of your body through movement and breathing, and get a chance to relax your mind and help relieve stressors. Meetings will take place on the 2nd Monday of the month from 5:30pm to 6:30pm from December to February in the W. J. Niederkorn Library Community Room. Each session will focus on a specific topic or theme and will feature a mindfulness professional or guest leader.
This program is open to and adults of all ages. No registration required. We hope to see you there!
