Short Story Hour

Let your mind wander through stories! Join Alyssa from the W.J. Niederkorn Library for a monthly short story discussion at the Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center. Read a new story each month and discuss your thoughts with others! No registration is required, and open to all ages! Stories to be read before the meeting. Pick up stories at the library or the Senior Center. Stories for the upcoming meeting will be passed out at the end of each discussion. We hope you join us!

Paws for Reading

Take time to read with your favorite paws! Drop-in to read out loud to Gracie, a certified Therapy Dog to help practice reading skills and build confidence in a low-stress and positive environment. No pre-registration required, located in the Children's Library. Thursdays at 10:00am from June 4 - Aug 27 (no Gracie on June 25 & Aug 6).

Friday Morning Book Talk

Friday Morning Book Talk is a book group sponsored by the Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center. The group meets in the Library Community Room on the second Friday of the month.  Note that the original books for July and August have been swapped. Please see below for updated list.  Copies of the monthly selection are available for checkout at the upstairs circulation desk.
