Fossil Scavenger Hunt

Find the 9 fossils in the windows of our local downtown businesses! If you find all 9 fossils and write down the correct business names, turn in your sheet to the library for your prize! Scavenger hunt sheets will be available at both upstairs and downstairs circulation desks.

Tea-Rex Party

Time to get fancy! Dress up in your tea party best (or dino favorites) and enjoy a fabulous tea party! You will be waited on by library staff as you sip tea (koolaid or lemonade of choice), eat snacks, play classic tea party games, and listen to the book, Tea Rex by Molly Idle.

Dragon Training Academy

Watch as inventor & time traveler Brock Barnabas visits the present time to recruit some adventurous kids to travel back to the Medieval times. They will train to help deal with an overpopulation of dragons when all of a sudden, a dragon appears! Kids use their newly learned skills to deal with the dragon, and then get a post-show meet and greet with an animatronic baby dragon.
