Summer Reading Storytime

Drop in Tuesdays for a fun, interactive storytime with Miss Amy (playtime and/or crafts to follow). Registration is not required. Most appropriate for toddlers - kindergarten (siblings welcome), but open to all. Storytime on June 25, July 23, and August 13 will take place at Possiblity Playground (weather permitting). No Storytime on July 2nd.

Tween & Teen Tuesdays at 2

Tweens & Teens, join us this summer for our Tuesdays at 2 series. June 18, 2pm -3pm, Learn to Draw Anime Characters with Paul Merklein July 16, 2pm - 4pm, Learn about Henna with henna artist, Hands of Henna by Anita (limited to 15 participants)* July 30, 2:00pm - 4:30pm, Movie Matinee featuring Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny *Please register for the henna program by emailing Jamie Mercer, Head of Youth Services, at jmercer@monarchlibraries.org or by calling 262-284-5031. If we have more than 15 participants interested, we will start a waitlist.

Summer Reading STEM Storytime

This program begins in the Children's Library on the Pete the Cat rug and then moves across the hall to the community room for the STEM activities. Join Miss Amy for STEM Storytime! This program features a shortened storytime followed by hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities. Registration is not required. There is a different theme each week. Target age is preschool - 2nd grade, but open to all. No STEM Storytime on June 19 or July 3rd.
